2011 Employer Health Benefits Survey: How Do You Compare?

Kaiser Family Foundation has released their 2011 survey outlining trends in employer-sponsored health coverage. Some key findings include:
- The average family premium is now $15,000 per year, up 9% since 2010.
- 2.3 million young adults were added to a parent's plan as dependents.
- One in four workers have annual deductibles of $2,000 or more, showing the growing popularity of health savings accounts paired with high deductible health plans.
