Duties include assisting agents and customers in getting health insurance policies issued, answering questions, providing information on benefits and rates; documenting and tracking progress of applications; providing agents and clients with supplies as needed; attending occasional meetings and responsible for special projects as assigned. Qualifications include: * High School Diploma * Health Insurance experience * Iowa Health & Life license (will need to be obtained within 6 months of hire) * Insurance experience a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team * Excellent time management/prioritizations skills * Ability to meet deadlines * Attention to detail * Accountable * Punctual/dependable Available: Immediately.
